I have a query about my order

I’ve got a faulty product what do I do?
While rare, books can sometimes arrive with faults. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us right away at products@moshikids.com and include a photo of the issue. Be sure to provide your order number to help us resolve the matter quickly. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Will you be getting new Moshi items?
We’re always working on adding exciting new items to our collection and hope to bring fresh offerings your way soon! While we don’t have a specific timeline just yet, we’d love to hear your suggestions.

Where is my order?
We send all orders via a tracked service, and tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please check the tracking link to view the current status of your delivery.
If the delivery timeframe has passed, feel free to reach out to us at products@moshikids.com, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.
Kindly note that once the order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the postal service, and we are unable to expedite delivery at that stage. Thank you for your understanding!
