All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 
This timeframe is an estimate only; certain exceptions and delays are sometimes possible.
All orders are shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, after normal business hours or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. Once the product is dispatched, we do not have any control over the delivery services.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and once your order is placed, cannot be changed.

Customs:

Depending on your order’s destination and fulfilment location, you might have to pay customs fees. The fees vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors. Your order may be held up in customs. You are responsible for any customs fees. If customs fees are not paid and your order is returned, you will be responsible for any additional costs.

Shipping Address

Please be aware, it is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Once an order has been placed, it is unlikely to be modified due to different departments handling queries. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. However, even if you contact us immediately, the shipping process is managed by a separate department, so your request may not be seen in time.

We will do our best to assist where possible. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or non-delivery, you will be responsible for any additional costs to resend it.
