That’s why our shipping cut-off dates are carefully chosen to ensure your gifts arrive on time, without the stress of last-minute delays.

We want every gift to be spreading joy and keeping the magic of the season alive!

Please note: We will only be delivering to the UK and USA in time for the holiday season. We apologise for any disappointment caused.

US Shipping timeframe:

Standard USPS Media Mail: Order by: 17th December

USPS Priority Mail: Order by: 18th December

Please ensure your order is placed by 12 PM EST to meet the specified shipping deadlines.

UK Shipping timeframe:

Tracked 48: Order by: 19th December

Tracked 24: Order by: 20th December

International Countries

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to deliver in time for the holidays to countries outside the USA and UK. Deliveries to these locations may take 8+ business days to arrive.

Packing & Shipping

If your order is placed before 12 PM on a business day, we aim to pack and ship it within 3 working days. Please note that delivery timeframes applies from the date your order is shipped, and not the date it is placed.

Shipping Address

Please be aware, it is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. Once an order has been placed, it is unlikely to be modified due to different departments handling queries. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to make changes. However, even if you contact us immediately, the shipping process is managed by a separate department, so your request may not be seen in time.

We will do our best to assist where possible. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or non-delivery, you will be responsible for any additional costs to resend it.
